Cancelled my home and auto insurance with them in December only to find out they didnt cancel my classic car insurance policy and now I am left with a balance owed Do not do business with this company you will regret it !

Very unresponsive staff. Don't care about customer service. Notice that the ONLY 5-star reviews that are not 5 stars (left by the owners) are 1 star reviews. Do everything you can to not do business with this company

Dealing with them perfectly for one year. And for some reason ( mistake done for unread messages to cancel home insurance by the agent Patrick )the agent refused to deal with me later on and not willing to admit it is his mistake. He refunded me for the cancellation fee. I called another staff called (Rizwan khan) more than 5 times and I left him messages every time and I spoke with the recipients complaining about that, he didn't call me back unprofessional staff .

Excellent Service Received from Karina Prevost Worked at a Car company and we have some clients that are insured with TP Solutions and whenever I speak to her I feel good. She has gone an extra mile for me and helped me. Will 100% Recommend Her for her hard work, professionalism, knowledgeable, fun loving, kind, pleasant to talk too and very polite. Helping me to improve my French skills as well, I am very thankful to her.
