Maison Des Pâtes Pasta Bella

Got a 69$ panettone from Pasta Bella in December. I shared 5 pieces of this panettone and the 5 people got severe stomach pain immediately after and one person threw up. Took the cake back to Pasta bella and they told me that the manager will call me back. No one called for more than 30 days. When I went and threatened about making a major complaint , someone called me and they started saying that you need to have the proof of payment and I do not know what. I mentioned that I did not expect that the Panettone is bad for me to keep the receipt but I have my credit card bill, she replied unfortunately we need the receipt. Having customers poisoned and playing all these games for 69$ that I did not even ask for a refund , just replacement , is very low from them. Beside this mess with the panettone, I tried in the past some of there prepared pasta dishes, no flavor at all . You can judge for yourself.

I ordered on Uber eats and honestly this was the best pasta experience Ive had in a long time. I ordered the Herb cappellini and fettuccine Alfredo. Super delicious and fresh. Pasta was cooked to perfection. Only thing is the portion size was a little on the small size I couldve eaten 2 containers easily. Next time Ill order 2 just for myself lol. Worth it
