Unreliable and unprofessional! After receiving my first quote, I was rescheduled 5 times with a different excuse each time. I called customer service and requested that another cleaning team be sent, as the first cleaning team was unreliable. The second team asked to reschedule their first meeting. I always like to give everyone a chance but my patience with Mnage Pro was running very low at this point. Then they rescheduled their second appointment and, today, was the third time they cancelled. Did I mention that all cancellations, by both teams, were at the time that they were scheduled to arrive. No advance notice whatsoever. I basically NEVER got a cleaning service from either team after over 2 months of waiting!! I do not recommend Mnage Pro, at least not in the Ville Saint-Laurent area.
