Disclaimer: I was not referred by anyone to work with KSI. I selected them after calling a few companies, and for the quality of their cabinetry they had the best price. We had a design in mind in my prior to showing up at the KSI showroom. When the designer was drawing the new kitchen, she came up with 80% of what we had in mind, so this confirmed to me that our design ideas were not nuts. In a matter of hours, the new design was done. We took the turnkey route because I didn"t know a contractor, so KSI referred to me to their contractor. Because of my past exp, I was worried about inexplicable delays with construction folks, but KSI so far has proven me wrong by always coming on time. I think having a turnkey project helps because the dates are in the contract. From demolition to floor, electrical, cabinets install everything happened on time and without budget surprises. I am also happy that their contractor team is working very well and is a good communicator. We went from having a dark small builders-quality kitchen to an all wood bright white kitchen with more cabinet and counter space, cabinets all the way to the ceiling, solid accessories and rails, and the customization by the installer to make odd angle cabinets if that's what you want. The only negative so far where we had some trouble with was with the original designer. Ever since she moved showrooms, the communication with her was very difficult. At some point I said it's enough and made sure we fix that by keeping a relationship with designers in the Laval showroom. The team there took care of fixing all the small issues that we had found during cabinets install (missing door panels, a damaged drawer and some other small things). All these small cabinets issues have been resolved thanks to Jessica, and this before project completion date, so this is why I maintain the 5 stars review.

Jai rnov au complet ma cuisine, ma salle de bain et les escaliers den haut avec la designer d'intrieur, Jessica Han de KSI CUISINE SOLUTIONS situ Laval. Je nai pas du tout regrett. Le rsultat est WOW!!! . Au final pour mes 3 projets de rnovations cest un 10 sur 10. Pour avoir le mme niveau de satisfaction que moi, je vous recommande fortement la designer, Jessica Han, qui est un gros plus pour cette entreprise. Elle connat extrmement bien son travail. Elle a pris en compte mes besoins et surtout elle tait TOUJOURS disponible. Elle ma accompagn tout le long du processus. Jai beaucoup aim cette partie l. Et jai beaucoup apprci ses conseils aussi. Ct employs (les ouvriers ou salaris), jai beaucoup aim leur niveau de professionnalisme. Un vrai 10 sur 10. Si ctait refaire niveau rnovation, je le refais sans hsiter. Amazing experience!!! I am a broker, this kitchen makes me sell it faster within one month to be sold ,! very nice quality! Thanks for Jessica and laval team, give me a nice plan and nice work, easy to understand what I want, and make my small kitchen looks so bigger:)
