Let's start by painting a picture. You walk in and the cashier is serving someone while another woman with an intense spray tan and 2 kids running around her is giving off horrible energy. I patiently wait to ask where I can find towels and the spray tan woman is giving me daggers. I'm not trying to cut, she appears to be standing to the side waiting for something but when the cashier is free, she doesn't speak to her. I ask my question and went off to get towels. I want to give a thank you to Gabriela the cashier. I could tell the spray tan client wasn't pleasant and probably took a lot of patience to deal with, and Gabriela managed to handle that and still help me with a smile. So thank you to her and to everyone at the store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never ever order anything online for delivery to the Corbusier store. Twice I've done it and regretted it. The first time I had to wait at the pick up in store for over 30 minutes. This time I called in to see if item is ready and so far I have been on hold for 15 minutes...with the worst on hold music ever. I don't know which millenial is picking the music but all it's doing is making me angrier with every minute that is passing....up to 20 minutes. Hung up and called again....they hung up the line...so I called back again and yes...my item is there but they can't have it in the front....so now I have to go and loiter in their pickup area for god knows how long. TERRIBLE. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

She didn't listen, made assumptions and accused me without even hearing me!! She reiterated that she wouldn't refund me, I said that's not what I was looking for (I wanted an exchange). She refused. I told him that his approach was really unacceptable. I said I'll write the store. She invited me to call customer service and that her name was Heather. Really unacceptable as a customer approach! Also what quality of product? This is not the first wood board I have and I can tell you none split after one use! Even I have some that have lasted me a long time!). I purchased a product that broke within 24 hours of purchase. I tried to exchange or refund it in the days that followed without success. I found the manager of the store on Le Corbusier in Laval very closed. I have tried to reach Linen Chest customer service by email and phone without success. (Original) Jai achet une planche couper jeudi dernier (5 jan. 2023). Je men suis servie une fois (le lendemain). Jai mis la planche dans le lavabo (avec quelques utensils dans le fond). Je nai pas commenc laver la vaisselle toute de suite. Jai entendu la planche fendre. Je lai ramen au magasin aujourdhui (11 jan. 2023 vers 19:30). La dame (Heather) ma accusait de lavoir mis sous leau (suggrant que cest a qui a fait craquer la planche??!). Jai dit que la planch ntait pas sous leau. Cest sr que je lavais lave ( la main) avant et aprs men tre servie. Elle ma par la suite accuse davoir menti. Quelle sorte de formation/ducation les employs de Linen Chest reoivent-ils en matire de communication/savoir-vivre?! Elle a aucune manire! Je lui ai rflet que je trouvais que la qualit de sa communication manquait vraiment, alors que je ntais pas du tout fche avec elle. Elle na pas cout, a fait des prsomptions et ma accus sans mavoir mme entendu!! Elle a ritr quelle ne me rembourserait pas, jai dit ce nest pas ce que je cherchais (je voulais un change). Elle a refus. Jai lui dit que son approche tait vraiment inacceptable. Jai dit que jcrirai le magasin. Elle ma invit dappeler le service la clientle et que son nom tait Heather. Vraiment inacceptable comme approche client! Aussi quelle qualit de produit? Ce nest pas la premire planche bois que jai et je peux vous dire aucune a fendu aprs une utilisation! J'ai trouv la grante du magasin sur le Corbusier Laval trs ferme. J'ai essay de rejoindre le service clientle de Linen Chest par courriel et par tlphone sans succs.
