    Highly disappointed with the service department. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because when I bought my car, the sales team was fantastic. Everytime I bring my car here , there is always a story. I've had my car damaged by this place and they did not take ownership of it. The automatic car wash lodged a piece of the blue material at the corner where my rear right quarter panel and rear bumper starts. The service dept pulled it off back then and warped the bumper slightly so it does not line up perfectly with the car anymore (got told it's normal...). I brought my car for an alignment, the steering wheel pulled noticeably to the right only after 5000kms that I did since my last alignment in January (5months ago) I didn't hit any big bumps but since it was longer than 3 months I didn't complain. Mentioned it to my service advisor. Car goes in for the alignment, comes out on schedule. I get in and as I'm driving home I notice that it's still pulling to the right. (I know how roads work and that to test and alignment you need to be on the center of the road due to the slope/grade. Driving on the left side of the road should mean the steering wheel should be a bit to the left, it was still right) I bring the car back, they send me a tech for a road test. Tech confirms that the wheel was not placed properly when alignment was done. Car goes back in. I am then requested to accompany my service advisor to the garage and place the steering wheel to "what I consider straight" (I work for a dealership so I know how techs react and how it affects their pride/ego). I place it and the tech is excited to show me that I'm wrong as the screen was green but then it turned red (indicating that the alignment was off relative to the wheel). Go back to the waiting area and shortly after the car is ready. Get told that I won't be charged for the second alignment...(SERIOUSLY?!?!!). I leave with it and when I get home, once again there's a piece of blue material from the automatic car wash. Wasn't easy to just pull out and since that side of my car is already warped from the same thing in the past and I didn't want to damage it further, I bring it back and my service advisor takes it in to remove it. 5 hours for a simple vehicle alignment.... I'll be looking for a different dealership with a service department that actually cares. The sales department does all the work to sell the first car but the service department sells the second. In this case, my next Mercedes will not be from MB Laval.
