Competent but in terms of communication and v/r receiving the correct specs as ordered (eg wood rods) this was disastrous and treated as if it was normal. We are not saying that it is only their fault (some suppliers too) but in the end after $6000 of purchases with them, I can estimate that the experience was mixed. Certain aspects such as the fitting were very interesting with Martin but it was unfortunately negatively tinged by the follow-ups, delays and errors on certain specifications ordered.

Comptents mais au niveau de la communication et p/r au fait de recevoir les bonnes spcifications tel que commandes (ex: tiges pour bois), ce fut dsastreux et trait comme si c'tait normal. On ne dit pas que c'est uniquement de leur faute (certains fournisseurs aussi) mais en bout de ligne aprs 6000$ d'achats avec eux, je peux estimer que l'exprience fut mitige. Certains aspects comme le fitting a t bien intressant avec Martin mais ce fut malheureusement teint ngativement par les suivis, dlais et erreurs sur certaines spcifications commandes.
