Even though the market was not very friendly for buyers given the increase of the interest rate, Samir was patient and I was able to close the sale. At first, I was skeptical because of the 5 stars reviews and the lower fees: Too good to be true? Well, now that the transaction is done I can say that I was wrong to be skeptical, and that all of it is true. Samir is a smart and knowledgeable person which saved us a lot of time because discussions were concise and productive. He also took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. He is professional, responsive, proactive, and friendly. He didn't treat us like a number and cared about our satisfaction, not only about the transaction (which he also handled flawlessly). If you need a real estate agent or are considering duproprio do yourself a favor and give him a call, you won't regret it.
