In my research, I crossed paths with Seylac during a visit to a house where they were the listing brokers. I liked the property, however, the real estate broker who accompanied me (whose name I will not mention here) flatly refused to submit my offer to purchase, because according to her, my proposal did not make sense (note that it included the sale price + my markup, according to my possibilities). Je n'ai ni t rfr, ni eu changer avec cette quipe auparavant. Mon avis, ne se base que sur ma propre exprience avec eux. En pleine crise de la surenchre dans le march de l'immobilier (avril 2022), je cherchais dsesprment une maison o continuer crire notre petite histoire de vie, mes enfants et moi. Dans ma recherche, J'ai crois le chemin de Seylac lors d'une visite de maison dont ils taient les courtiers inscripteurs. J'ai aim la proprit, toutefois, la courtire immobilire qui m'accompagnait (dont je tairai le nom ici) a carrment refuse de soumettre mon offre d'achat, car selon elle, ma proposition n'avait pas d'allure ( notez que cela incluait le prix de vente + ma majoration, selon mes possibilits). J'ai donc tait abandonn par cette dernire, trs peu professionnelle et surtout faisant preuve dune attitude trs grossire qui dnigre les valeurs du mtier de courtier immobilier. Cest dans mon dsarroi, que jai repris contact avec lquipe Sperano. Une agence taille humaine avec de grandes qualits relationnelles et un professionnalisme rassurant. Je me suis tout de suite sentie rassur et tranquillise. Le responsable (Sbastien Sperano) en vacance ce moment-l, a immdiatement contact sa collaboratrice Seylac pour une prise en charge immdiate. Cest alors que jai eu la chance de me faire accompagner par un Ange, Ana Ruth Gavarrete-Ramirez. Ractivit, efficacit et professionnalisme taient au rendez-vous!. Des personnes qui connaissent parfaitement leur mtier et secteur et je me suis laiss guide en toute confiance. Ana tait toujours lcoute et surtout dispose maccommoder pour les rdvs de visites. Malgr tous les dfis, le stress et anxit que les recherches infructueuses causaient, je pouvais compter sur la sympathie de Ana. Elle avait pris mon projet cur et partageait tous ces moments avec moi, ses prcieux conseils taient des atouts. Ana est reste disponible, sans faille, de bons conseils tant sur la ville, le quartier que les maisons visits. Au bout de 3 mois de recherches et avec prs de 50 visites de maisons, nous avons enfin trouv cette magnifique maison qui rpondait tous mes attentes et bien au-del. Nous tions heureuses, enfin! Le responsable nest pas mieux. A part toucher leur commission, qui est leur seul leitmotiv, ils ne sont pas niveau. Allez ailleurs, cette quipe est fuir !
