Lack of communication , not responsive , no clear process to follow before , during and after the treatment , my daughter's nightmare lasted for a month and a half and could have been fixed earlier if the treatment would have been done by experts. 3 treatments later , bed bugs still in there , I took the decision of disassembling the bed frame after researching on google and there they were all having fun , hundreds of bugs in all lifecycle stages .. we kill them all and got rid of the bed frame , as of today we are still monitoring and will be monitoring to make sure they are all gone. 2 advices , do not hire this firm and 2nd , if you are stuck with bed bugs , disassemble the bed frame and get rid of it.
