this has got to be the worst pharmacy in laval employee was so rude and disrespectful all because i don`t speak french what the actual hell. SO sick of being discriminated against all because of langauge. This is how you treat someone who spends their hard earned money in ur store wow !!!!!

Just went with my husband to get a few items. My husband asked for a Lotto Max in English (he's American) and Paul-Andr (the cashier) asked in French if he wanted the extra on it. My husband looked at me and I translated for him then my husband said yes. Paul-Andr looked at me and said in French: He only speaks English ? I told him in French : Yes. Do you speak English? Then I had the most shocking answer. He said in French (of course) : I'm perfectly bilingual but I decide not to speak English. Then he continued to talk and what understood is that he kinda hated the people that were talking English. I kinda felt a little rage in his voice as he was speaking. I was completely flabbergasted and I just couldn't believe what I just heard. Does he know that this TOTALLY discrimination ? Sorry but this the WORSE employee I ever encountered IN MY WHOLE LIFE ! This really makes me angry. What in the world is going on with this pharmacy? I'm thinking on switching and go elsewhere. Wasn't like that with the previous owner (may he rest in peace). This is totally UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
