Aprs avoir vrifi avec la compagnie de chauffe-eau et une autre plomberie, la marche suivre est que l'installateur prend en charge l'ensemble de la dmarche et ne refile pas la tche de faire honorer la garantie au client. C'est l'installateur de communiquer avec la compagnie de chauffe-eau . La dame de Farkas m'a dit qu'elle avait eu des problmes avec la compagnie de chauffe-eau, donc elle ne voulait plus faire la procdure usuelle et remettait a dans mes mains. Elle ne voulait mme pas communiquer avec la compagnie pour obtenir le numro de rfrence pour la garantie. Elle a raccroch en me disant qu'elle allait voir si elle trouve un fournisseur et me rappeler. Tout a pendant que mon chauffe-eau se vidait. Je n'ai jamais connu un pire service la clientle. Compltement non professionnel. Je ne recommande en aucun cas cette plomberie, qui semblait ne vouloir que se dbarrasser de moi au plus vite.
