    Terrible management they misplaced months of my condo fees (twice!!!) that I automatically e-transfered to Marc Plante the 1st of each month .. then they said they need pre authorized debits so i set that up .. and they STILL cant manage for the life of them and take zero accountability. I told them that if they cant handle one persons condo fees, how the ef are they managing an entire association (which is only 12 units en plus). You shouldnt mess with peoples money i wouldnt be surprised if these sketchy humans are pocketing my money themselves. Gross i hope someone investigates because i am very concerned and still waiting for a resolution.

In the end we decided to put an end to the contract binding us to them and to shop elsewhere. Au final nous avons dcid de mettre un terme au contrat nous liant eux et de magasiner ailleurs. N'hsitez pas faire le tour des cabinets de gestion et lire les avis les concernant car c'est toujours trs instructif.
