Balancing a healthy diet while working hectic hours and raising a family is a very tricky exercise. Thanks to FreshMtl, I am able to achieve that goal with ease- Their meal plans are easy to order, delicious and the service and care is 10/10. Game changer- repeat customer/weekly!

My favourite go to spot for years. The staff are incredibly nice and all of them are so happy and grateful to be working there as its such a nice vibe and such a clean place. The food is clean, the prices are good, they take care of everyone like their own, always in a good mood despite how hard and how busy they are. Thanks for the great service guys, I honestly appreciate you. They always take care of my family, making sure we have everything we need. My father is a little sick, and always goes there. He is hard to understand due to age, but yet they always serve him and are understanding and help him like one of their own. They have everything, from wraps, to salads, to shakes, bars, protein snacks, cookies, coffee, fresh juices, meals, etc. I highly recommend them if you want something quick and healthy! I highly recommend!
