It has questionable practices that do not respect the dignity of its employees. For 8 hours of work in a row, they are only entitled to two (2) breaks, a first of 15min and a second of 30min (and the break times are not respected). Elle a des pratiques douteuses qui ne respectent pas la dignit de ses employs. Pendant 8h de travail daffile, ces derniers nont droit qu deux (2) pauses, une premire de 15min et une deuxime de 30min (et les heures de pauses ne sont pas respectes). La dernire pause obligatoire nest prise qu 15min de la fin du quart de travail qui dure au total 8h30min. Les superviseurs sont constamment sous pression et le pire, cest quil ya 2 boss super ARROGANTS, super MPRISANTS et trs IRRESPECTUEUX lgard des oprateurs. Lun est grand de taille et lautre est petit, frle, barbu et trs complex. Ce dernier, trs autoritaire avec des comportements et un langage dune autre poque, croit que cest en jouant instaurer la peur et crier sur les gens quil va se faire respecter. Toujours en colre et trs imprvisible, Il ne voit jamais le travail que tu abats mais est prt se montrer viril ds quil ya un tout petit problme de rien du tout. Jen ai vu des dizaines employs quitter aprs un jour de travail pour ne plus jamais revenir.
