I had lots of questions and they were all answered with patience and in great detail. The technician who came to install the system in my house was able to make a few minor adjustments to the plan to make sure it was as secure as possible. Other companies asked me 0 questions and just sent me a quote. Pricing was actually slightly less with Doven, and that included equipment, install, and no monthly fee for the first year, as with other companies that I got quotes from.
