Not only was the manager or assistant manager beyond rude, they answered the phone with extreme attitude when only being asked if a shoe was in stock and then proceeded to instantly hang up without us even getting the chance to respond. When we called back they said they were extremely busy as their reasoning to closing the telephone on us. This is an unacceptable response and we will never be returning to L'intervalle again. If you are too busy then simply don't pick up the phone. Better yet, since treating someone with respect is also difficult it may be best to just close up shop altogether.
