Dans mon cas j'ai besoin de rcuprer le document d'une Confirmation de signature que j'ai fait avec e-Z-max dont j'ai encore le e-mail dans mes courriels qui stipule qu'il contient le lien de ce document... Malgr le fait que lorsque vous sign une entente il est stipul que le lien expirera, aucuns problmes et c'est tout fait normal, mais lorsque vous recevez la confirmation il est dit que le document tel # t sign. Je ne sais comment, soit en l'ouvrant et que vous ne le sauvegarder pas immdiatement ou soit en temps comme lors de la signature du contrat qui lui par contre reste avec un lien visible mais non effectif. Les rponses reu du service technique et du service la clientle du bureau de Laval m'ont t donn de faon arrogante et dnigrante! Bref personnellement je n'accepterai plus de signer aucuns contrats de quelques nature que ce soit reu en lectronique par e-Z-max ou quelqu'autres compagnies de ce genre. Puisque maintenant avec ce service j'ai toute la misre du monde pour rcuprer un document avec ma signature qui m'appartient de plein droit et dont j'ai besoin pour un litige venir en cour...
