Im a student at vanier who got there car towed when I had a night class on a very cold night. I had no car coming out of school was freezing wondering did my car get stolen or the towing took it. I called this company and spoke to a women by the name of Nancy. Very disrespectful girl. She did not want to tell me if my car was towed or not. She did not want to help and she started screaming at me through the phone. She raised her tone at me!! What kind of employee is this ? Horrible service she gave me 2 wrong addresses as well. I was asking her is it towed or not because If it isnt Im going to need to file a police report for a stolen vehicle. She hung up on my face and stopped answering the phone. Luckily, my car was placed on a random road and I found it with towing tickets. I dont know why she couldnt have just answered my question with a simple yes its towed. Service: Car towing
