J'ai parl en tout au moins 4 personnes diffrentes qui se renvoyaient la balle, et moi, en tant que cliente, j'tais au milieu de leur mauvaise gestion! Aucun directeur (s'il y en existe chez eux) n'a trouv utile de me contacter pour me proposer une solution intressante et avantageuse aprs quils m'aient vendu une auto problmes. Ce serait trop long crire pour tout dtailler. Sylvana a, malgr tout essay de faire de son mieux dans son domaine (financier). Trs mauvaise communication et un manque de professionnalisme. A fuir absolument !
