We purchased an Infiniti QX50 from this dealership in July 2020, we also purchased the extended warranty for 3 YEARS at a cost of $3250 + tax ($3736.69) it was supposed to be the executive plan but it was nothing short of a scam. Our salesman told us it was a 3 year plan. Turned out to be a 2.5 year plan. He failed to mention that. I even asked if its 3 years from our date of purchase and he said YES. Well, turned out that we had a POWER STEERING PUMP issue at 2.5 years and when we contacted the dealership what a surprise our warranty had just expired at 2.5 years. Of course when I checked my contract it did indeed say that it expired in JANUARY at 2.5 years and NOT 3 years. So, I am not sure why he lied to make the sale. Of course, we only saw the contract for signature when we were paying at the front desk and they never went over it showing us the details as other dealerships have done in the past. It was just an abundance of papers to sign (because we paid the vehicle in cash with no financing) so they were just trying to usher us out the door as quickly as possible after taking our payment. We have purchased Hondas, Acuras, Mazdas, Subaru's and Porsche in the past and I can tell you I have never had such an issue with dishonest salesmen or a dealership not going over the contract with you. I am currently looking for a vehicle for my daughter and I can tell you for damn sure I won't be buying it from here. Try and avoid this dealership, if not make sure that when purchasing the warranty you look it over with a fine tooth comb and not be as trusting as I was. I would be more than willing to retract my review if they make it right.
