        I bought two polo shirts on a Saturday. I went back the following Saturday to get a refund for the two polo, but I didn't have the receipt. The saleswoman I had bought the two polo with the week before refused to refund because I didn't have the receipt. When I reminded her that it was her who had served me, she answered that she agreed, but that it was the policy... She also refused to find the transaction in her system which certainly contained all the necessary information to make the refund. I call this laziness and bad service. Never again Lacoste for me. Classless and needy company.
