WORST customer experience Ive ever had in my entire life. DONT go here!! I visited this store last year with my parents and sister. As I was getting married, the objective was to find a dress for my mother and sister. The experience started off nicely with Helen serving us. However, for no reason what so ever, the owner got involved. Ive never met a person so rude in my life. And to think that shes the owner any questions wed ask, shed made it seem like we were stupid to even ask, when she could have simply answered kindly she snapped at both my parents more than once at last but not least when at the end, we werent sure if we wanted to purchase the dresses and said wed come up, the owner literally said that she needs to keep her store afloat during COVID and this isnt helping. dear mam, your business is YOUR responsibility. WORST. EXPERIENCE. Ill go back only if the owner changes.
