Absolutely the worst on line company that I have ever dealt with. They have continued to ignore my calls and emails. When I finally heard back from them(after threatening legal action) they said that I was confused and that my order had been reversed. I provided proof that they had actually charged my credit card for the order but I have not heard anything back from them. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Perhaps a class action lawsuit from all the people they have ripped off would help things along. . . .

The worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. Zero communication on order status it took multiple emails and a voice mail to MOST of my order Shipped after two weeks of trying to get an answer. Once I finally received my order a item was defective and again no reply! I had yo go right to the manufacturer for a replacement. I would seriously consider alternatives in the future.

A horrendous company. I ordered a sweater online and what was delivered was completely different than what is shown on the website. Gostwear does not cover full costs of return despite the product being different.
