Extrmement du de Jrmy Binette qui a compltement scrapp ma terrasse neuve en cdre rouge!!! Il n'a pas appliquer correctement les tapes cruciales de nettoyage, sablage et vrification de l'humidit dans le bois ce qui a caus l'caillement de la teinture presque toute la surface en moins d'un an! Pour corriger SON erreur, il a voulu me recharger une grosse somme et a refus de ngocier avec moi une entente l'amiable. Mfiez-vous de son travail, il n'a pas t la hauteur du tout et SON erreur va me coter le double car il faut tout recommencer zro et mon bois est maintenant compromis tout jamais!! M. Binette, tout ce que je sais maintenant et qu'aprs avoir consult de vrais experts en entretien de bois, il y a clairement eu un manque dans votre faon de faire l'entretien initial de ma terrasse car la teinture s'effiloche et ceci n'est pas normal en moins d'un an avec une teinture (Sansin) top qualit utilise. Je me retrouve en position o personne ne veut tenter de rparer les dommages causs par votre job car selon eux mon bois (cdre rouge) est compromis et le travail requis pour le ramener en bon tat est colossal et malgr toutes les bonnes tapes accomplir, la job ne pourra tre garanti, le risque est trop grand. Je n'ai aucun problme payer pour entretenir ma terrasse, mais j'ai un problme payer plus de 4,800$ en entretien en moins d'un an!! Suite mes validations avec d'autres entrepreneurs en entretien de bois, mes options sont trs limites pour rparer la situation, et voil que je me retrouve avec un problme coteux sur les bras et je dois pendre les actions ncessaires pour rectifier le tout.
