Je me suis demande si je devais recourir des procdures lgales pour que a se fasse, ou pour faire diminuer mon loyer comme je paye ce loyer sans avoir eu les rnos depuis juillet 2022. Je garde constamment de la charge mentale ddie penser aux rnos qui narrivent pas. faire des suivis avec une dame qui ne fait clairement pas de suivis (avec la maintenance) part quand je lui rappelle. Et qui en ce moment ne me rpond pas. Je ne sens pas que moi ni mes droits sont respects. Il y a des limites ne pas soccuper des locataires. Le 5000 est un endroit viter si vous voulez avoir une paix desprit. Car chaque fois quil y a quelque chose rparer, vous devez vous arranger seul (mais ils vous diront quils envoient quelquun qui ne vient jamais). Quand on parle de notre situation aux autres locataires de limmeuble, ce sont les mmes nervements quon entend.
