While they have a large selection at certain times of year, the staff here is not very helpful. Every time I have a question, they are unable to answer it. Often I find myself waiting 10 or more Minutes as people try figuring out what Im asking for. For example, they did not know what a boxwood topiary was. They also did not know what a boxwood tree standard was. They also did not know what a plant pot and saucer was. The woman just mouthed it back to me and said saucer? Saw...ser...sorry what does that mean? They also dont know what a planter is. I asked if they had any outdoor planters and they said uhhh sorry a planter? For me a planter is something you put plants in. You can plant plants inside. Right? They also dont know what cement means. Ive gone to many other garden centres and nurseries over the years and have never experienced anything like it. While they have nice plants, it is never a pleasurable experience.
