        Our cooking class at Madame Germaine was one of the highlights of our trip to Quebec! We loved getting to know Anne and her beautiful heritage home along with the family recipes of her grandmother. We enjoyed a communal style dinner after our class which was so organized and intimate. Its such an immersive dining experience and truly unique!
