Un service durgence vous dites? Jai choisi cette clinique pour la qualit du chirurgien et leur service durgence 24h/7 jours. Lextraction de mes dents de sagesse sest bien passe, mais malheureusement, jai fait une alvolite et jai du appeler le service durgence un soir vers 7h pm. Mon visage enflait et la douleur augmentait dheure en heure. Jai appel trois fois et laiss des messages chaque fois puisque personne ne rpond directement. On ne ma rappel que le lendemain matin vers 6h30 am. La rpondante aux urgences ma propos dappeler pour moi la clinique qui ouvrait 8h pour quon me planifie un RDV rapidement, mais javais dj fait cette dmarche. Il faut savoir que pour soulager une alvolite ca prend environ 10 min. Finalement, la clinique ma rappele pour me proposer un RDV 11h30 mme en sachant que javais mes douleurs depuis la veille. On est loin dun service durgence.une chance que ce ntait pas une fin de semaine. La chirurgienne qui ma reu entre deux clients mavise ; ca va piquer un peu et enfonce une mche dans la cavit de ma gencive sans sarrter. Jaurais aim quelle mannonce que ca allait faire mal et quelle prenne des temps darrt quand je grognais et pleurais de douleur, mais elle devait tre press de retourner son patient. Pour couronner le tout, elle sest trompe dans ma prescription dantibiotique. Le tout a t corrig au suivi deux jours plus tard, journes prcieuses que jai perdues qui mauraient aid gurir.
