Des vieilles machines pas du tout scuritaires, ils justifient leur innovation par deux machines peine dans l'air du temps ! Et la belle et grande famille pharmalab ? Oh et bien tant que tu fermes ta bouche et que tu travailles sans broncher tu fais partie des bons employs, mais si tu te blesses au travail cause des mauvaises conditions, ils feront en sorte que ce soit ta faute. Le jour o tu tombes enceinte mme chose tu deviens un boulet alors ils te placent o ils peuvent mme si c'est assise sur une chaise pendant 8h ne rien faire. Et si tu pouvais accoucher dans le placard balais et retourner au travail ce serait parfait. (J'ai crois 4 femmes enceintes le temps o j'y ai travaill et les quatres ont d rester jusqu' la fin de leur grossesse). A partir du moment o vous devenez un employ qui ncessite une quelconque gestion supplmentaires, ils vous pousseront a bout pour que vous partiez de vous mme. Et vue qu'ils ne payent pas leur monde, ils engagent des travailleurs du Maghreb qu'ils font venir sans rien leur expliquer de la vie qubcoise ou du climat. Bref pour le ct humain et familiale dont ils sont si fiers on repassera !
