Terrible. They charge inflated prices for subpar service. I had a problem with my fridge - fridge's temperature dropped, so I called Navada. They sent a technician to look at it. He spent 45-60 minutes inspecting it and told me that the expansion valve is defective and needed to be replaced. For this, Navada charged me $450. One week later I received a quote to replace the valve at another $2200+tx, and if refrigerant should be needed, that would cost extra as well. I decided to call the local refrigeration company for a second opinion, and received excellent service. The technician determined that the fridge's compressor didn't have enough refrigerant. After filling the compressor with refrigerant and calibrating it, my fridge is as good as new.
