Very poor customer service. Had a morning appointment booked at 9:30 which was rescheduled by an agent a day before early afternoon. New appointment time was never consulted with me. A day before an appointment (at 4:30 PM!!!), I received quite an impolite call saying they didn't accept new clients and I should google and look for another H&R Block. No help was offered. After asking why I was not informed earlier, agent said he only found out about our meeting in the morning. I do not understand why it took until 4:30 PM to call me and cancel the appointment. Personne n'a tent de nous arrter ou de s'excuser. Si vous cherchez une exprience d'impts plus agrable, je vous conseil Turbo Impts pour 20$.
