Par contre, cest important de noter quaucune mention lentre de la politique dachat / remboursement nest affich et ni la vendeuse nous a inform de la politique avant notre achat. Selon la loi du consommateur, le commerant est dans lobligation dinformer tous les clients de sa politique particulire. galement, leur facture ne compte aucun numro de facture ce qui contrevient la loi et aucun mention spciale de larticle que nous avons achet. Article de base cest le dtail de lachat que nous avons effectu ce qui nous semble incomplet comme dtail dans une facture qui en plus ne compte aucun numro. Cela nous a donc cot 40$ pour un article qui ne fait pas notre Loulou dans un temps de rcession o tous les dollars comptent. Je me met la place des clients qui souhaitent acheter un cadeau avec un produit de la boutique mais qui nont aucune option de remboursement dans la mesure o rien ne leur intresse et soit la taille et je me dit que a doit tre frustrant doffrir un cadeau qui finalement ne sert rien. Il se peut que notre cas soit isol mais, pour notre part cela tait la premire et la dernire fois que nous frquentions cette boutique.
