Delivery lied that no one was home but my brother was home all day twice to receive the delivery. Very disappointed with their customer service that I requested for three days to keep at one location so he can go pick it up in person. Missed the wedding I needed to go to that evening with my dress I ordered in that package. I had to wear something else Instead. Complaint is made for their poor service and lies that they tried to deliver at my home address but no one was home if someone knocked my dog would be at the door. I really dislike the lies so much I will never use their services again and recommend another service to someone else when sending or receiving mail. The tracking number was checked 10 times the day I needed my package.
