Sans compter quils disent avoir perdu des ententes initiales prtendant que cest la faute dune employe qui fait mal son travail. Malgr le fait quils ont avou que cest leur erreur, nous nous somme retrouvs payer 1400.00$ de plus que prvu. On nous a mit au pied du mur et on nous a oblig payer ce montant supplmentaire celui sur la soumission initiale sinon nous ne pouvions pas avoir lentiret du service command. De plus, lors du paiement du dpt, ils nous on dit que leur systme ne fonctionnait pas et quils ne pouvaient pas nous imprimer les dtails de ce que nous avions pay. Avec le recul, nous nous questionnons sur leur honntet puisquon nous a dit que si nous ne voulions pas payer le montant supplmentaire surprise, que ctait nous dtre notre affaire et de vrifier nos factures. (Facture que jai demande et quon ne ma jamais transmise). Finalement est-ce une faon de procder de leur ct pour flouer les clients? Ct installation, des fentres ont t inverses. Un moulure de finition autour dune porte a t coupe pour contourner un objet qui tait appuy au mur plutt que de le dplacer. Lorsque jai appel lentreprise pour leur faire part de la situation et que jallais devoir la faire refaire par un ami entrepreneur, on ma dit que si jallais de lavant, je perdais la garantie sur la porte. Cest complment insens. Les murs de notre chambre (autres que ceux autour de la fentre) ont t abms par les outils des installateurs. Ceux-ci se sont excuss et on dit quils allaient le mentionner la direction. Mais nous navons pas eu de suivi. Finalement, on nous a menti en nous disant que tous les produits achets taient ligibles la subvention du gouvernement pour le remboursement de subvention. Malheureusement, cest une fois que linspecteur du gouvernement est venu sur place pour constater les travaux quon a apprit que ce ntait pas le cas. Linspecteur nous a galement mentionn que ce nest pas la premire fois que la situation se produit avec cette entreprise. Nous ne recommandons donc pas et vous encourageons bien magasiner pour ne pas vous faire flouer votre tour
