The Silver Fox is located more in a small valley, more sheltered, further from the street, so quite quiet. The view is beautiful. The chalet includes all the necessary amenities, it lacks nothing. What better way to have your coffee in the morning and see the birds in the feeder in front. And we cannot emphasize the unparalleled professionalism of Nicolas, the owner. Fantastic chalet with amazing views and a wonderfully private setting. It was 8 of us for this second stay at Silver Fox, and we will definitely come back again. The chalet is very nicely decorated, and has all the amenities you need. The hot tub and sauna are great after a day of skiing! 3/3/2023 we just spent 5 days at Silver Fox, and this was our third stay! Still wonderful, very warm and impeccably decorated chalet in an idyllic setting, as superb as it is private. The Chalets Zenya team is extremely well organized and does everything to make your stay perfect. We will definitely come back in 2024! - Sebastian

Having rented the chalet for the New Year, we obviously celebrated until the wee hours of the morning. When we woke up in the morning, we had to clean up the party from the night before (pick up the beers, bottles of wine, fort, dishes/food, etc). It was very tight to have to do the housework and to have to leave for before 11:00 in the morning when we went to bed at 3-4 in the morning the day before. The cleaning lady arrived at 10:56 am and she was really not happy that we were still present (we had until 11:00 am as far as I know, madam). We left at 11:08 am, with the chalet all picked up and mostly cleaned. Were we supposed to pick it up or leave it as is? If we were supposed to pick up, maybe give people more time in the morning because it's very tight having to do everything. If we weren't suppose to pick up given the cleaning fee ($250), maybe leave a message clarifying that for future customers. That being said, I still rate it 5/5 because the chalet itself is impeccable and you won't regret your stay. Petit bmol cependant: Au niveau de la femme de mnage et de l'heure de dpart, a pourrait tre amlior ou clarifi. Ayant lou le chalet lors du nouvel an, nous avons videmment ft jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Lorsque nous nous sommes rveills en matine, nous devions faire le mnage de la fte de la veille (ramasser les bires, bouteilles de vin, fort, la vaisselle/nourriture, etc). C'tait trs serr de devoir faire le mnage et de devoir sortir pour avant 11h00 le matin lorsqu'on s'est couch 3-4h du matin la veille. La femme de mnage est arriv 10h56 et elle n'tait vraiment pas contente qu'on soit encore prsent (nous avions jusqu' 11h00 ce que je sache madame). Nous sommes parti 11h08, avec le chalet tout ramass et nettoy en majeur partie. tions-nous suppos de ramasser ou de laisser tout tel quel? Si nous tions suppos de ramasser, peut-tre laisser plus de temps le matin aux gens car c'est trs serr de devoir tout faire. Si nous n'tions pas supposer de ramasser tant donn les frais de mnage (250$), peut-tre laisser un message clarifiant cela aux futurs clients. Ceci tant dit, je mets tout de mme la note de 5/5 car le chalet en soit est impeccable et vous ne regretterez pas votre sjour. Nous recommandons absolument et nous allons rserver de nouveau dans le futur! ;-)
