We were a family of 3 waiting in line outside of the store to get in, which is fine with us. Once our turn came in to enter, the young lady working there didn't welcome us or say any word, she just did the number "2" sign with her fingers, without saying anything. As mentioned we were a family of 3 and she didn't let my daughter in and there were barely any customers in the store, (only 7 customers), i told her that we are a family but she didn't accept to let my daughter in. Inside, I talked to 2 young men that worked there, and they told me that they usually accept families together (they were friendly btw). But unfortunately the young lady at the door was the complete opposite of friendly and never apologized or even communicated with us. She was even wearing sunglasses indoor in a cloudy day while talking to us or speaking with customers in general, which is pretty rude. I suggest Lacoste to keep their good reputation by training employees like her and teach her how to deal with customers in a respectful way. She was a covered young lady, wearing a hoodie on top and as mentioned before she was wearing Versace sunglasses.
