Called the company and spoke with Daniel in the service area who gave me option of scheduling a service call (to which he agreed to squeeze me in on short notice) or having him walk me through the replacement process which turned out to be 1 minute exercise and different from my interpretation from the manual. I will schedule a service call in the Spring to have the entire system checked as it has been several years since the last inspection. Thank you.

Linstallation se passe bien je suis satisfait du travail, malgr quil aurait d moffrir un rchaud de chemine tant donn que je suis en pression ngative (sous-sol) Jai finalement fait installer ce rchaud par mon ramoneur. Suite quelque utilisation, la porte du pole ferme trs mal et je men plain. Au lieu denvoyer un technicien pour faire un diagnostic, jai d attendre prs de 3 semaines avant davoir une visite qui sest avre trs rapide. Cest sans compter le fait que jai d leur produire une vido que ma conjointe d aussi aller leur porter en main, plusieurs courriels et des appels pour tenter dexpliquer le problme. Jai d attendre des pices qui ntaient mme pas ncessaires. Le technicien trouver que lajustement des pentures de porte ntait pas serr assez fort, il a ajust la porte en moins de 5 minutes. Jtais vraiment frustr davoir perdu tout ce temps.
