I can't thank Synergie Fraicheur enough for their incredible service! During a brutal heat wave, my elderly parent's thermopompe air conditioning stopped working, and we were in a state of panic. From the moment I called, the experience was seamless and reassuring.Special kudos to the wonderful secretary Shireen who was not only kind and empathetic but also efficiently scheduled our appointment despite their busy schedule. Her professionalism and understanding truly made a difference.A huge shout out to the repairman, Josh, who arrived promptly and fixed the unit in no time. He was so courteous, and had my parent's home cool and comfortable again in record time.Thank you, Synergie Fraicheur, for your outstanding service and for going above and beyond during such a critical time. Stay far away from this company. Call literally any other repair services. They misdiagnosed my furnace issues and said I needed a $2000 piece. We ordered it, problem was still not fixed. And then was told by the technician that he could not touch the machine further because he was not qualified!!? Why then were you touching my machine to begin with? I then call another company to assess and they tell me that the repair man, had he simply run the correct assessments would have seen the real problem. Now Im stuck with a $2000 part that I cant return. In addition the same technician from Sinergie Fracheur, said he fixed the problems with the a/c. Turns out he fixed nothing and we actually need to replace the whole thing. And when I tried calling Sinergie to ask for an explanation for such poor service, I was told it would be fixed. They never called me back despite messages left and multiple phone calls. Completely ghosted me. Disgusting, unprofessional service that cost me thousands. I regret ever calling them. I purchased a $4000 TOSOT split duct AC/heat pump system from Sinergie Fraicheur less than 2 years ago with an extended warranty. I had the system cleaned last summer by their team. I turned it on for the first time this year and it is leaking tons of water (condensation?). I cannot use it. I called the company over a week ago and emailed them to schedule a service call. I left 2 messages. I have not heard back from them. Very disappointed and discouraged. Services: A/C system repair, Heating system installation, Installation, A/C system maintenance
