Terrible store policies, sales associates omit the store return policies. Tried to return an item after 2.0 hrs of purchase! Only credit note! On regular priced items! Big surprise when you get the chance to actually review your bill which is discretely placed in your shopping bag. No store policies advertised anywhere in store. Tried to appeal to customer support but they were not helpful in any way. As a long time customer, I do not recommend any business that seems desperate to make forced sales and clearly dont appreciate your hard earn money. Go else where!

Today I dropped by your store on Sherbrooke. The salesperson in the store was the rudest I have ever encountered. Not even a bonjour or how can I help you. Extremely unwelcoming and no customer service skills whatsoever. I shop occasionly at your store in Rockland center, but such incident does not encourage me to enter your store again, and I am not the only customer who have complained about the bad customer service. For the shoppers out there, for the money that you can spend, there are way better stores in Montreal that offer better quailty, prices and definitely a more professional customer service. Avoid, not worthy!

Ladies that work there don't know how to welcome clients to the store and they judge by the look ,clothes are very expensive but nice too bad i always go there to buy but change my mind right away after the way they talk
