Very unpleasant experience left after contact with this store. Despite the fact that I have been a client of Massimo Dutti for a long time and visited their stores in several countries, Massimo Dutti Rockland broke this idyll. At the end of January, I made a purchase in a stationary store. When paying for the purchase, the cashier asked to repeat the payment, as an error occurred, and allegedly the payment was not approved. After paying again, I checked my payments in the application and made sure about the double charge, when I told the store employee, she assured that one of the payments would be returned within three days. I called the manager who confirmed it. But neither after 3 days, nor after 5, the money was not returned to me. And this is where the nightmare begins. Contacting Massimo Dutti Canada's support team was like a quest. Waiting in online chat is more than an hour. The support staff can't really help. Asked to send them checks and confirmation screens by mail. More than two weeks passed after that and no response. Support chat again, resending checks, and so it was several times. As a result, the money was returned to me after almost 3 months !!!! 3 MONTHS!!! I write and still can't believe it. Moreover, I did not receive a single Mail with apologies and recognition of their mistake. I spent a lot of time and nerves proving that I was wrongfully deducted from two payments ... The worst service I have ever met. And it's a shame that I encountered this in the store of my favorite brand.

I am the loyal Massimo Dutti customer since 2020. and I love Massimo Duttis design. I had two times manufacturing defect before. The customer service handled it easily and clearly. but this time the Chino I purchased came to me with a big hole and I contacted The customer service said I want to exchange and I sent the email to customer service with my order number and the picture. The customer service said I will receive The email back within 72 hours but now its already a week. I am contacting the customer service now they are replying me one small sentence with I dont understand in 10 minutes and telling me I couldnt exchange anymore because it is out of stock. But I checked on the website the size I want to exchange I still can purchase now. I dont understand why they lie to me. But this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I will not purchase Massimo Dutti anymore and will let my friends know too.
