    false advertising showing product that are not reflective and when asking to change article or get reimbursed not allowed because it was in final sale. it would have reviewed the article directly on their website but they did not allow me to write a review highlighting. again not super transparent.... recommendation do not buy online !

    These jackets are the worst. They are way too stiff and tight with no room for any clothing inside. You can barely lift your arms when if you size up. and the hood doesn't fit it covers your entire face. I bought one on boxing day sale, so unfortunately, I can't return it. Save your money.

    DO NOT SHOP at this store. Manager or owner or whatever she is, is the rudest, most insulting and unhelpful person. She talks to clients and staff in such a condescending way. Makes errors and blames you. Acts like shes doing you a favour. I am out $235 cash for a return because she doesnt know how to explain the very complicated return system (have you ever had to repurchase the item you are returning simply to exchange it for another size??!! this was definitely a first for me!) All she had to do is tell me to make sure I use the same payment method that I did online. But no, she just pressured me to pay by saying "this is how we do it here. If you want to exchange the coat, just pay for the new one and I will credit it right back to you". I paid with my debit and she credited my Visa. I needed that cash back. When you try ask "why didn't you tell me to use the same payment method?", she gets defensive and starts screaming at you, saying she did me a favour exchanging my coat! Seriously? Absolutely no accountability. Who yells at their clients like that in front of their staff? The poor employees looked like they were going to cry and it is obvious they are afraid of her. She is confrontational, raises her voice at you, and does not let you get a word in. And when you try to speak over her to get a word in so that you can explain your side, she accuses you of yelling at her and threatens to call security. What on earth?! - when she's the one who started screaming at her client!! Not worth the hassle avoid this store like the plague. There are better stores to shop at where you will be treated with respect. Worst experience ever. She traumatized me. I feel so insulted and I feel very sorry for her staff. I have never been treated like this before. Never will I even walk past that store again. I'll stick to "Save the Ducks" next time.

    Worst customers service ever they told me one price and confirm that it was the good price and they didn't make any misstke later they told me a higher amount and said sorry we made a mistake it's was the wrong price we told u before there is nothing we can do about it ... I bought the jacket from another place and return it cause the price was supposed to be cheaper in Noize but later they changed the price to higher price so I lost both way now
