I have been waiting for an order since mid November. There is no way to call customer service and the chatbot is a joke. I haven’t received had limited communication about my order. I don’t know what is happening and can’t get any answers.

Dont certains ont attendu plus que 4h alors quils sont arrivs lheure prvue de louverture !!!). Les employs nous riaient en pleine face lextrieur, trs difficile de se faire informer et/ou rpondre en franais. Sur les 3 heures que jai attendu lextrieur, peine une trentaine de personne sont rentres. Il y avait un manque flagrant dorganisation et de gestion de lvnement. Malgr les prix de plus en plus levs, les services en magasin de plus en plus ordinaire, je souhaitais continuer dencourager Davids Tea, encourager local je me disais. Aujourdhui ma totalement du. Offrez plutt une vente quivalente en ligne, les clients sont plus comprhensifs dattendre quelques jours de plus leur livraison que plus de la centaine quon sest fait mpriss sur place. Pour conserver vos parts de march versus la concurrence, il faut se dmarquer, pas pousser vos clients se tourner vers cette dernire.

Ive only ever had positive interactions with DavidsTea staff at various retail locations (when they existed in Ontario) and as of today, by phone. Katie helped me out with an inquiry that I had (which could have very well just been user error on my part.) Katie was friendly on the phone and willing to take the time to help. When they couldnt pinpoint the exact issue I was experiencing, they offered an alternative solution to resolve my issue. Not only am I a satisfied customer, Im pleasantly surprised that the company empowers their customer service agents to solve issues without having to escalate it.
