Quick to take your money but unable to fix the problem. The first time the technician came to my house I had heat from the furnace but could not shut it off. $325 later, the problem was the same the next day. The technician had left without verifying that the furnace could shut down. He came back a second time and again left not knowing if the problem was fixed. On his 3rd visit (I now had no more heat) he replaced my brand new thermostat with a programmable one which I had specifically informed the person who booked my appointment that I didnt need/want a programmable one. After installing the thermostat (and leaving with my old one) the technician then informed me that the furnace was now not generating heat (i had already told him that) and that it was an issue with the plumbing. Thats after charging me another $300. A plumber came and the issue is not plumbing related. $700 later I still have no heat. Services: Install thermostat, Heating system repair
