        Extremely dissatisfied with how they handle things at this Stokes location. They are clueless about how the law works. My sister was only asking a refund on her remaining gift card balance. The amount was less than $5, so the merchant is required to provide the refund (Office de la protection du consommateur). They instead refused vehemently and said that they have a policy against any gift card refunds. And they said they would careless about any further claims we would make against them. You can write whatever you want to justify your behavior to this review, but you get one star from me.
