Went there a few times and always had fantastic customer service. Always recommended this store due to the various options they offer. However, my last experience was just terrible. The worker serving me and my cousin had a really bad attitude. Would speak in a rude tone and would show us attitude if we didn't want to try a specific model. Or would give us the wrong size of clothes if we wanted to try a design she wouldnt recommend and then act rude and tell us "I told you so" with a lot of attitude. Really disappointed , I used to love the store at Rockland and all the previous staff I had were extremly sweet and helpful. However, due to this experience I probably wont be visiting the Rockland location anytime soon.

Je suis cliente depuis une quinzaine dannes mais jamais je nai t traite avec tant de bienveillance et dattention du personnel de cette boutique. Je tiens nommer Lily, lassistance grante et sa collgue Daphn qui se sont empresses de trouver litem et la taille du costume de bain que je recherchais. Lily, sest plie en milles morceaux pour rechercher partout au Qubec et au Canada auprs des boutiques Change le modle que je demandais. Elle a mme tlphon, pendant son cong, sa collgue Daphn Monteil, grante de cette boutique, afin de lclairer sur mes besoins prcis, mes gots et le modle de costume qui pouvait le mieux convenir mes gots et ma silhouette. Lily ma tlphon, le soir du 12 septembre 19h30 o elle tait reste volontairement la boutique aprs les heures de fermeture pour rechercher le modle que je dsirais. Je nai jamais senti quel point nous, les clients, sommes vraiment important pour le personnel attentionn de cette boutique de lingerie. Daphn Monteil est vraiment une grante compltement dvoue ses clients et nhsite pas rpondre toutes leurs demandes avant de les laisser quitter avec un sourire comme je lai fait. Bravo au personnel de la boutique Change Rockland et la nouvelle recrue, Awa, qui porte aussi autant damour servir ses clients. Longue vie tant de bonne volont dans les commerces de dtails pourtant bien prouvs par linflation en cours.
