I left a voice mail. I have emailed. 12 days and counting, that is far from the 24-hour turnaround they advertise on their internet advertisement. They get you hooked since you pay in advance... then you are on your own. Update: they took my posting seriously. I must be a one-off. In lest than 30 min after my posting. Paid 250$ online for a full blood test and when I got here at 12:40 on a Saturday (appointment was at 12:45). There was nobody at the reception, waited for 20 min before anyone showed up. When the receptionist did show up she told me to sit down and wait. So I did for another 35 min and Im still waiting as Im writing this. They actually tried to call me 25 min before the scheduled time and they left a voicemail that they wanted to do a phone pre-interview (probably covid questions) and mentioned they will call me back in 5 min still waiting for the callback or anyone to show up and process me. With the money they charge per appointment they should be able to afford a proper receptionist. Seems like theyre expanding, the place is under construction so maybe theyre understaffed.Managed to get the blood test done. The nurse was actually very kind and professional. Managed to get all done in under one hour 30 min. She confirmed they just moved to this location yesterday so its probably why it seemed so unorganized.The timeframe for the results was not respected. Got them two days later than advertised.
