        Its 9:17 am on a Thursday and they are still NOT open...Totally unreliable. What a shame being a corporate store. I guess they dont really care about customer service.

        I was home all day and I have proof that the courier never ring the doorbell or call anyone. He or she just left a notice. Pizza delivery drivers put in more effort than UPS! Terrible service. Do you guys hate your job or what?

        this people lied about delivering my package. i don't know why they don't deliver my package and they put it in the system " delivery at 17.44" . it's not the first time always like this with ups. I'm here waiting and i am working remotely. i checked with the superintendent camera's building there is no one has been showed from ups. 1ZA1T871DK25906844

        They dont answer phone calls, they dont respond to emails if not very rarely. The manager seems to be away all the time which I find odd.
