        Hours of time wasted while waiting, i ended up waiting in vain without any positive results on my first and second visit. Very poor service

        Office manager and employee were unable to complete my taxes that were being filed from another province . The employees kept speaking in their language and not in English or French. They asked me to visit another location, they were very unprofessional!
