Their customer service is kind of rude and unfriendly as if they are bothered that you ask questions even though you're the one paying. Purchased a nice dress in boutique so I placed my second order online. My dress is not similar to the photo presented. In the photo it looks like thin fabric that almost reaches your ankles. I'm 5'2, it barely covers my knees and is extremely thick, a winter dress. When I ask for more information they just say "no sorry". Also, they claim to give store credit but the sales associate told me that was not their policy. They are giving clients conflicting information. Waiting for one more dress and will probably stop purchasing unfortunately as I definitely did not like interacting with their team and representatives. Worth buying only if you see it in store and try it on otherwise don't bother.
